1. ACCEPTANCE
By downloading or using 11 Gol you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. The App is provided by Portela 11 LLC.

2. THE SERVICE
11 Gol is a companion app for the 2026 international football tournament: schedules, scores, group standings, team squads, and a score-prediction game with a leaderboard. Predictions are for entertainment only — 11 Gol is not a betting, wagering, or real-money gambling service and offers no monetary prizes unless explicitly stated in a separate promotion.

3. ACCOUNTS
You may use the App as a guest or create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information when creating an account.

4. ACCEPTABLE USE
Do not misuse the App: no unlawful, abusive, or infringing content (including in your display name or avatar), no attempts to break security or disrupt the service, and no automated scraping or overloading of our systems.

5. YOUR CONTENT
You retain ownership of the display name and avatar you upload. You grant us a limited license to store and display them within the App (e.g. on the leaderboard). You are responsible for the content you provide and confirm you have the right to use it.

6. PREDICTIONS & LEADERBOARD
Predictions and points are for fun and community ranking. We may recalculate or correct points if match data is updated or an error is found. Rankings carry no monetary value.

7. DATA ACCURACY
Match fixtures, scores and squad data come from third-party sources and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. 11 Gol is provided for informational and entertainment purposes and should not be relied upon for any decision.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & AFFILIATION
11 Gol is an independent application and is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any football organization, association, team, or competition. All team and competition names are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and descriptive purposes only.

9. DISCLAIMERS
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Portela 11 LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

11. TERMINATION
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

13. CHANGES
We may update these Terms as the App evolves; continued use after changes means you accept them.

Al descargar o usar 11 Gol aceptas estos Términos. Si no estás de acuerdo, no uses la App. La App es ofrecida por Portela 11 LLC.

2. EL SERVICIO
11 Gol es una app complementaria para el torneo internacional de fútbol 2026: calendario, marcadores, posiciones, plantillas y un juego de predicciones con ranking. Las predicciones son solo para entretenimiento — 11 Gol no es un servicio de apuestas ni de juego con dinero real, y no ofrece premios monetarios salvo que se indique explícitamente en una promoción aparte.

3. CUENTAS
Puedes usar la App como invitado o crear una cuenta. Eres responsable de mantener seguras tus credenciales y de la actividad en tu cuenta. Proporciona información veraz al registrarte.

4. USO ACEPTABLE
No hagas mal uso de la App: nada de contenido ilegal, abusivo o que infrinja derechos (incluyendo tu nombre visible o avatar), ni intentos de vulnerar la seguridad o interrumpir el servicio, ni scraping automatizado o sobrecarga de nuestros sistemas.

5. TU CONTENIDO
Conservas la propiedad del nombre visible y el avatar que subes. Nos otorgas una licencia limitada para almacenarlos y mostrarlos dentro de la App (ej. en el ranking). Eres responsable del contenido que proporcionas y confirmas que tienes derecho a usarlo.

6. PREDICCIONES Y RANKING
Las predicciones y los puntos son por diversión y ranking comunitario. Podemos recalcular o corregir puntos si los datos del partido se actualizan o se detecta un error. Las posiciones no tienen valor monetario.

7. EXACTITUD DE LOS DATOS
Los partidos, marcadores y plantillas provienen de fuentes de terceros y pueden estar retrasados, incompletos o ser inexactos. 11 Gol se ofrece con fines informativos y de entretenimiento y no debe usarse para tomar decisiones.

8. PROPIEDAD INTELECTUAL Y AFILIACIÓN
11 Gol es una aplicación independiente y NO está afiliada, avalada ni patrocinada por ninguna organización, asociación, equipo o competición de fútbol. Los nombres de selecciones y competiciones son propiedad de sus respectivos dueños y se usan solo con fines de identificación y descripción.

9. RENUNCIAS
La App se ofrece "tal cual" y "según disponibilidad", sin garantías de ningún tipo, en la máxima medida permitida por la ley.

10. LIMITACIÓN DE RESPONSABILIDAD
En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, Portela 11 LLC no será responsable de daños indirectos, incidentales o consecuentes derivados de tu uso de la App.

11. TERMINACIÓN
Puedes dejar de usar la App y eliminar tu cuenta cuando quieras. Podemos suspender o terminar el acceso si incumples estos Términos.

12. LEY APLICABLE
Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes del Estado de Florida, EE. UU., sin considerar normas de conflicto de leyes.

13. CAMBIOS
Podemos actualizar estos Términos a medida que la App evoluciona; el uso continuado tras los cambios implica que los aceptas.
